LayerOS offers a browser extension service that enhances your web browsing experience. Our refund policy applies to paid features or subscription plans as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, users must meet certain criteria, such as non-usage of premium features, technical issues, or discrepancies in service delivery.

3. Request Process

LayerOS will evaluate each refund request within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to request additional information to process the refund.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. The time frame for the refund credit may vary depending on the payment provider.
